King Ranch merges its Running W Citrus operations, formed in 1993 around 16,000 acres of Coca-Cola's Minute Maid groves, with Collier Enterprises interests in 1998, adding the Turner Foods groves from Florida Power and Light [KRCH][KRT]. The parent reports about forty thousand tree planted acres in more than a dozen grove locations [KRC][SBCON].
